\n\t\t - Every folder is re-checked right before it is moved: folders containing any active (or network-active, or active on any sub-site) plugin are skipped, and only real, direct child folders of the plugins directory are ever moved.
\n\t\t - Respects custom WP_PLUGIN_DIR / WP_CONTENT_DIR; the archive folder is created with 0755 permissions; an existing archived copy is never overwritten (a unique date suffix is used instead).
